Take a trip Tuesday we went to cold stone creamery to get the ice cream, picked up crumbl cookies, and got planet sub for lunch.

Make it Monday the kids both worked on a lego project.

Thursday-Sunday we kind of just chilled and did a lot of chores.

For water Wednesday we got ocean waters from sonic and watched a fun ocean movie.

We took a trip to Scooters and the kids ordered a caramel steamer and a cinnamon roll.

Summer 2021 Day 20

For water Wednesday this week we played with water beads!  Very fun!

Summer 2021 Day 25

For Make it Monday we made 2 Raddish recipes from the Spring Picnic kit.  Biscuit ham sandwiches and strawberry cupcakes with strawberry frosting! Biscuits from scratch and everything in the cupcakes from scratch.  Kids did 95% of everything.  They both absolutely love cooking and baking!

Summer 2021 Day 22,23,&24

Fun Friday and Father's day weekend.  We went shopping for Father's Day on Friday.  We stopped at five below and got a few snacks and t-shirts, Lukas liquor for some new beers for J to try, and to Target for a Dad coffee mug.  The kids had a lot of fun picking stuff out for J.  Then we stopped and got ice cream at sonic.  We spent the weekend at my inlaws pool like most weekends in the summer.

Summer 2021 Day 21

Thinking Thursday was jam packed with learning activities today.  We read for an hour, we researched South Korea because our universal yums came and it is South Korean treats, and we continued the kids brain quest books which they have made lots of progress with.

Today we took a trip to Chicfila but we ended up bringing it home to eat.

We are trying to get back on track so for make it Monday we made a blueberry cobbler!

Summer 2021 Day 16-17

Spent the weekend swimming at my inlaws.  

Summer 2021 Day 13-15

The last few days have not been the most exciting.  We spent time getting ready for our garage sale.  The kids had morning and evening swim lessons.  Not much else has been going on.  More fun to come next week!

Today we took a trip to the library and more swim lessons.

We started morning outdoor swim lessons today and for make it Monday the kids worked on legos sets.

Summer 2021 Day 10

Not the most exciting day.  We did a lot of chores and started getting ready for a garage sale.  The kids played some minecraft together.

Today Kahlan went to the pool with a friend from a different school and Noah helped us start setting up for a garage sale!

Summer 2021 Day 8

Fun Friday and National Donut Day.  We met up with some friends and tried Duck donuts today and I highly recommend!  We loved them.  Fresh hot cake donuts with made to order toppings!  We will be back for sure.  We then made our way over to Gezer Park!  I forgot to get pictures because I hadn't seen my friend in awhile and got to chatting. Took a picture of the kids as we left!

Summer 2021 Day 7

Today for Thoughtful Thursday the kids started their 3rd to 4th grade summer learning books!  We get these every summer to make sure they keep their brain active.

For Water Wednesday we did water color painting! 🎨 Also the kids started swim lessons!

For Take a Trip Tuesday we went to Ice Cream Bae.

Today for make it Monday we were all pretty tired from a fun filled weekend.  The kids each did an individual craft.  Noah made a paper dinosaur and Kahlan made a trinket box.
