25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Day 23

Had the best family day!  Kids built a gingerbread house, we had our feast and we chilled with video games and Dude Perfect youtube videos in the evening.  The elf left us a message and he is almost ready to return to the north pole permanently!

25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Day 22

Today the elf turned himself into a snowglobe and the kids watched a holiday movie with their class at night!  It was the last day of school for the kids and they are officially on break!

25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Day 21

Today the elf brought a puzzle but he hid all the pieces and we went to my Dads to celebrate Christmas with him!

25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Day 20

Today we had a baking day and Kris took a marshmallow bubble bath!  We made cookies, peanut brittle, sugared pecans, and hot cocoa mason jars!

Kris was bored and played Twister and we hsd snowman pancakes for dinner!

25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Day 18

Today Kris the elf brought a new baking book and we had a family game night.  We played a new game called labyrinth.  We have the Harry Potter version.  It was a lot if fun.  Well for me at least because I won.  :)

Today the Elf brought the kids slinkys and we did anything out of our past Christmas activities bag!

25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Day 16

The Elf played a trick on the kids and J took them to Christmas in the park.  I stayed home and got some stuff done.

25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Day 15

Today the elf went fishing and the kids made cards for family.

25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Days 12,13 and 14

Kris the elf has been up to some serious antics the last few days.  On Saturday Kris left a note for the kids to have fun because they were going to their grandpas house to decorate, bake and play with his new puppy!  They baked 5 different cookies, had chinese for dinner, and helped make brunch Sunday which apparently was a biscuit topped with a crab cake and poached egg and an avocado relish. While they were gone Kris decorated the tree with their underwear!  Last night Kris made a candy cane hunt which luckily coincided with our day of Christmas which was decorate the tree with candy canes.  I had bought some for this but it was fun to use the ones from the hunt too!

25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Day 11

Our silly elf gave the kids a very important warning.  "Don't eat the yellow snow!"  For our 25 Days the kids spent their own money buying each other gifts.  Noah picked out 2 skirts for K and K pucked out a new scarf, hat, and gloves set.  

25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Day 10

Today Kris the elf brought the kids a logic puzzle book and we made an edible Christmas tree craft.

25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Day 9

Kris brought a pin the nose on Rudolph game! Aftrr dinner we watched the year without a santa claus which is my favorite Christmas cartoon!

25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Day 8

Kris brought a Christmas show dvd!  We tried to go to Christmas in the park but the line was way too long so we drove around neighborhoods looking at lights.  We found 2 houses that were synced to music and had a great time. 

25 Days of Christmas 2020 - Day 7

Today the elf had a game for the kids.  10 post its were hidden around the room for each kid.  K had pink and Noah green.

For our 25 day activity we had a hot chocolate bar.
